Hello there!
My name is Silvia, and I’m a photographer based in LA!
Here to help you make a photo feel like a memory, and not just a photo.
My specialty is film photography (but I also shoot digital!), portraiture, and most importantly, candid photography.
Originally from San Diego, CA., I moved to Portland in September 2013 after graduating from The Gary and Jerri-Ann Jacobs High Tech High School. I graduated in June 2018 with a degree in Conflict Resolution and a minor in photography.
I have bee photographing for almost 18 years. I was inspired at a young age by my father's film photography. I was the official photographer for my robotics team in high school, The Holy Cows, through 2012-2013. In addition, I worked as the photo-editor at Portland State's newspaper, the Portland State Vanguard from 2016-2018. In the fall of 2018, I worked for Dorian Studios, taking school photos. From 2019 to 2020, I was working as a teaching assistant for Art4Life, a children’s after school program. Currently I live in Los Angeles, California, occasionally working in film/tv, and also working as a photographer for Bella Baby.
